A.C.E. Questionnaire

This questionnaire is intended for all the individuals and groups who use A.C.E in any capacity. The findings will be used to structure a training day to look at the aims of the organisation and ways of making it more cohesive and effective.

An independent facilitator will carry out the process.

Please fill out as much as you like and return it to A.C.E as soon as possible.

For now it should be printed out, filled in by hand and posted, but I can enable it to be filled in online and returned electronically, if this would be helpfull please email ace to ask us to do this.
